Trager® Professional Training - Level 2

Join Michael Lear in the next step towards mastering the language of touch in the Trager® Professional Training. This class expands on the mobilizations learned in the Level 1, and it also deepens the skills to guide both clients and groups in Mentastics self-care movement exercises.

You'll learn the Level 2 session protocol (supine and prone) plus further explore side-lying and reflex response. You'll utilize new body mechanics, based on Trager principles, to avoid your own pain and burnout.

You'll do self-care movements to relieve neck, shoulder, low back and hip pain within your own body, and you'll learn to guide clients in their own self-care, so they too can feel ease and peace.

Trager® Level 2 is for those who have successfully completed the Level 1 training, fieldwork and recommendations process and who are looking to up-level their life and practice.

Additional Registration Information:
