Join Roger Tolle for this four-day workshop, November 12 - 15, to delve into the Somatic Foundations of Presence, Touch, and Movement, inviting participants to experience Trager® Somatic Therapy’s guiding principles of softness, weight, waves, connection, play, pause, and authenticity. There is also an option of attending only the first two days of the class, on Thursday and Friday. 

Come explore how our felt sense of movement changes the potency of our touch. This workshop is open to anyone interested in deepening their relationship with touch and movement, in personal or professional settings. It fulfills the Mentastics class requirement for Trager Practitioner certification.

There is no prerequisite for this class, but it may be helpful to receive a Trager session before attending.

If you wish to have this class fulfill the Mentastics requirements for the Trager certification program, please be sure you are enrolled as a current Student member of the USTA (or your National Trager Association), before enrolling in this class. Tuition:
