Join the Northwest Region and Gwen Crowell in Seattle, WA for a Community Trager Day on 8/29/26.
Using vintage footage of Betty Fuller, Gwen will guide us into moving through our bodies for better Trager results with less effort! After Mentastics/Mindful Somatics at 9:00 am, and Gwen's class from 10:00am - 3:00pm, there will be a talent show and shared meal.
