Meet Linda MacConnell, Certified Trager® Practitioner, LMT

A graduate from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 1994, Linda has crafted a practice solely in the Trager Approach. She struggled for years with severe arm pain from poor movement patterns, such as excess effort, unconscious tension and an insecure need to prove herself in the profession, which made it a highly stressful way to live. It wasn't until she was drawn to the Trager Approach and learned of these patterns and then was able to transform them that she found ease in her body, the pain diminished and joy in her practice was renewed.

After teaching massage at Bancroft (with a Trager sense of ease in body use) for almost 30 years, Linda brings a deep understanding of both the struggles for massage therapists and the life changing difference a few mindset shifts can make to enjoy a long and fulfilling career using the principles that Dr. Milton Trager so brilliantly developed.

Along with continuing to build her practice and spreading the awareness of Trager, her focus is now to build the Trager community with skilled, caring, enthusiastic therapists and leaders that are ready to escalate Trager to its next level.

Linda is an Intro Workshop Leader, Tutor, and Instructor.
