Trager® Professional Training - Level 1

Join Linda MacConnell in Northborough, MA over 2 weekends, October 17, 18 & 19 and November 14, 15, & 16 for this first class in the Trager® Professional training. 
 

In this Level 1 training, Students learn how to do a full tablework session protocol of Trager movement re-education, as well as learn a variety of Mentastics movement explorations that they can use for self-care and share with others. The format of the training is by demonstration and supervised practice with other Students.

This can be a stand-alone class or the first step in becoming a Certified Trager Practitioner.
 

Prerequisites: Prior to class, to get the most from the training, it is highly recommended to either (a) take a class introducing you to the Trager Approach, live or online, and receive one or more Trager sessions from a certified Trager Practitioner or (b) receive two or more Trager sessions from a certified Trager Practitioner.

Class includes a handbook.

Additional Registration Information:

You need to be a Student member of the USTA or another National Trager Association to take this class or other classes required for Trager certification. The Student dues are $50 annually. If you have any questions, please reach out to exec@tragerus.org.
