Trager® Professional Training - Level 4

Join Gail Stewart in Princeton, NJ for this Trager^® Level 4 class that will deepen and expand Practitioners' skills, confidence, and hookup, whatever your level of Trager experience. The content we address in this class will be based on pre-class interviews to identify participants' wishes and challenges: in our own bodies and in our own professional practices. We'll approach these themes of Practitioner development using playful experiments in tablework, Mentastics and communication.
