Self-employed, Independent Contractor: 1990 to present.
Elizabeth's passionate devotion and life’s work is reflected in her L.I.F.E. (Living In Flow and Ease) Workshops and with her clients.
Her curiosity and enthusiasm to help others came to a halt after two car accidents and six (6) knee surgeries in 1990-1995. Knowing that “feeling” and heartfelt gentle movement was her way back to health and healing, she discovered “playful, ease of movement” and gentle touch therapy with The Trager Approach. She is a widow, has 3 children and treasures her time with her six grandchildren. She uses Trager Bodywork sessions and Trager Movement Awareness & Education (Mentastics) with her clients and teaches stress management, relaxation and movement workshops to local groups to invite a feeling of peace and wholeness. Her passion and joy of healing movement is embodied in Trager work, Aquatic and Belly Dance movement. She shares over 35 yrs. expertise in the fitness/dance movements arts with all those who receive sessions to improve their health and well-being.
